This past Sunday was unfortunately my Birthday. I didn't do a whole lot on that day but Declan and I did spend a fun weekend together in Salt Lake. Declan and I both had Friday off so we did a little shopping at the mall and Sniagrab. Later that night we went to the movies and saw Crazy, Stupid, Love and laughed so hard. That is a funny movie. After the movie we drove to Salt Lake to stay the night at the Kimball. On Saturday morning we got up and got some breakfast at Denny's. After that we had planned on going to the Clark's Planetarium (I've never been there before) but it wasn't quite open yet so we walked a couple of blocks to go to the Farmer's Market. The Farmer's Market was interesting.... After that we walked around the Gateway mall and did some more shopping. Then we finally went to the Clark's Planetarium and looked at all the exhibits and took a few pictures. Here are some of those pictures:

After the Planetarium we walked to Temple Square and walked around there and then went to the new City Creek part with the fountains.
Then we walked around an art gallery (not sure which one) and then walked around the Salt Palace. After that we got back in the car and drove to Sandy to go to the Living Planet Aquarium. The Aquarium was pretty cool and we took lots of pictures there. Here are some of them:

After the going to the Living Planet Aquarium we went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner and definitely enjoyed that. After the Cheesecake Factory we went home and I came home to this:

My Birthday weekend was AWESOME but I am sad that it's over.
You had a weekend packed full of different things... it sounds like you stayed busy by having a lot of fun! Getting older sucks, but birthdays should always be great :) So did Declan do the flowers and your desk, or was that from someone else? I noticed the very bottom picture said Congratulations... was that because you made it this long (haha... that was a joke). I'm sad I wasn't there to help celebrate your big day, but am happy you had such an eventful one.

Getting older does suck! Declan did the flowers and the girls at work did my desk. I wish the congratulations was for being there so long but it's a running joke around the office. Everyone gets it for their birthday. I was sad too that you weren't here to celebrate my birthday but i'm sure your having your own adventure in my future home.
